Hotel was about 5mins walk from the Cologne Hbf.
Cleanliness wise average, found some long hairs that didn't belong to us on towels and bedsheets.
Service wise can be improved, tried dialling to the Reception but line keep didn't get through so we have to head down to the Reception to request for some amenities that we required. Complimentary water was also not refilled. Requested for teaspoons in the room but we were told to head down to the Bar to collect it ourselves. This is certainly not the kind of 5-Star hotel service I was expecting.

1.我訂了2晚酒店,因為我有相機在房間充電,所以問他門多要了一張房卡。但是給我的房卡有效期只有一天,所以我需要重新去前臺幫我處理一下房卡。很有意思的是,前臺人員問我身份訊息,因為護照沒有帶在我身上所以沒法出示。但奇怪的是房卡沒有房間號,我能直接説出房間號并且和我的名字,她也不接受,需要我出示電子版的護照才可以。有點不太理解。
2.作為Marriott這樣全球連鎖酒店,我覺得早餐品類多滿足我的需求。但是負責煎蛋的阿姨,態度似乎很一般,不太想與我過多交流,面無表情。我也能理解不要指望每個人態度都要非常友好,但這時候從我后面經過了一位歐洲女性,她馬上獻上笑容還説have a good day Madam.這不得不讓我懷疑她的服務態度,******?我不確定。
一般我不寫點評,但是作為Marriott的常客,我認為還是需要寫一下。

Location is the best for this hotel. However the breakfast day by day is same. No change at all. The facility is minimum for this hotel. Need time for receptionist queuing.

管理問題,人手嚴重不夠,盡管員工已經很客氣禮貌了,但圣誕前柜枱只有兩人,辦理入住等待三十分鐘,三點被告知四點才能入住,根本忙不過來!別解釋説因為節日特別忙,酒店就是為這時候準備的。同一個房型有的和圖片一樣,有的是單人床沒有浴缸且面積小一半,看誰是倒霉鬼。 管理層不肯多花錢加多人手,損失卻是顧客買單

抽紙巾沒有跟服務員説和前臺也説了還是沒有添加,電梯門打開有股嚴重的粉塵味道,燒的水和送的一瓶免費歲都差的要死,早餐飲用水就沒有問題,要么不要送,送的又喝不了,什么呀,感覺這水都必須過濾才能用,不然就那樣一言難盡!早餐很不錯種類很多,除了這些其他還不錯,就是發票在攜程訂的酒店只能人民幣,不能改成歐元,很煩,希望攜程能改進!

是住過最拉垮的萬豪酒店,沒有酒店可言,已經在接近國內老賓館的臨界點了。設施很舊,給的房間格局很糟糕,沙發就緊靠在廁所門口,我們訂房和check in時間都很早,應該不存在沒房間才迫不得已這樣安排的情況,不知道是不是對華人這樣。
風筒里有頭發,花灑里的水不是很燙,沐浴是浴缸,站著洗澡有點危險;記得自備拖鞋和洗漱用品。且酒店沒有水提供。
服務速度很慢,只有地理環境可以,去科隆火車總站很方便。如果住在這,抵達火車站後,找麥當勞的那個門口出去,過對面的巷子直走兩分鐘就是酒店了。
非必要不建議來科隆,整個城市面貌都不太推薦。

The size of room and cleanliness is good and expected for a 5 star Marriot hotel. But very poor service staff and i can see very limited staff. The first receptionist i talk to was not so courteous or warm as we came early and decided to drop of our bags and go out till check in. The way she was communicating with us was with not so warm or good attitude. So we didn't say anything as she asked us to come 3pm though we arrived 9 am despite i am a Bonvoy elite member. After we checkin 3.30 pm we have to wait in lobby for 15 minutes to get back our bags and the next receptionist was no so warm also. I am not sure its my asian looks!! After checkin i asked for slippers and dental kits as both were not there and never they gave it despite saying they will send it..and again i went reception when we go out and come back and then receptionist said he will get it and i can carry it...never ever in my life of staying in a star rated hotel i was asked to carry slippers to my room instead of sending it to the room. So dissapoonted with Marriot Cologne. May be we expect more as we are pampered by the same hotel group in Gulf and Asia!!!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful day here. The hotel provides good breakfast and service. We were impressed by the professionalism of the Thai staff at the reception. This is the best choice on our trip.??

環境很好,地理很方便,再火車站附近700米左右,走路可以到達,附近1公里就是商業圈,環境不錯,房間很大,乾凈整潔,有礦泉水和洗漱品,這是我在歐洲遇到的唯一一個這些東西齊全的,前臺的美女很漂亮,服務也挺好,有人幫忙拎和送行李。
